Trade License

As per the Employees’ Provident Fund and Miscellaneous Provisions Act 1952 Provident Fund Registration (PF) applies to the Factories engaged in Industries specified in Schedule I of the Act or to other establishments notified and engaging 20 or more employees. Also, small organizations which do not have the minimum strength can register themselves voluntarily.

To facilitate easy compliance by the Big Industries, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME), other Establishments Govt. has provided online facilities starting from the registration of the Establishments, filing of monthly returns integrated with online payment of the contributions and charges etc.

The list of documents required for PF registration is given below:

1. Name of the company.
2. Date of the commencement of the Company.
3. A copy of the company’s PAN (Proprietor’s, in case of proprietorship concern).
4. A copy of the licenses available in the name of the company. (like GST).
5. A copy of cheque of company.
6. Address proof of the Registered Office.
7. List of Directors / Partners.
8. Address proof of Proprietor / Director / Partner of the company.
9. Email address, Mobile number of Proprietor / Director / Partner of the company.
10. The monthly strength of employees from the date of Commencement.
11. list of current employees.
12. Digital Signature of the Proprietor / Director / Partner.
